Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is Zeal’s front line with clients and their first point of contact, striving to have a positive impact on the client’s experience while driving revenue growth.

In Short

  • Set meetings and build relationships with potential Introducing Brokers.
  • On-board IBs and help them increase accounts, deposits, and revenues.
  • Identify and target Money Managers and IBs in the Egyptian and MENA markets.
  • Use social media to influence IBs to join Zeal.
  • Build a book of business through relationships targeting potential IBs.
  • Determine customers' trading needs and prepare proposals.
  • Cross-sell retail clients to grow their business.
  • Negotiate rebate and markup terms with IBs.
  • Stay updated on market news and trends.
  • Attend industry events to source potential clients.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in business development or sales.
  • Knowledge of FX, Commodities, Stocks, and Indices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Understanding of trading strategies and risk management.
  • Ability to analyze market trends.
  • Proficient in using social media for business development.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
