As a Senior Application Support Engineer, you will manage mission-critical data applications and our data platform that supports many analytics teams at YipitData.

• Manage mission-critical data applications and platforms.
• Ensure uptime and reliability of applications.
• Onboard and train data analysts.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Implement process improvements and automation.
• Work with a tech stack including Python, AWS, Docker.
• Promote application best practices.
• Handle support tickets for global teams.
• Enhance productivity of data teams and engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web application development or application support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with web/http traffic.
• Proficient in Python, Docker, AWS, REST APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with SQL, Pandas, Plotly Dash, or Spark is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
