Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Strong analytical toolkit in statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar tools.
• Experience with financial and alternative data.
• Deep curiosity about financial markets.
• Ability to balance independent research with collaboration.
