Quantitative Researcher - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Quantitative Researcher to partner with user researchers, product, design, and marketing teams to build, lead, and run research programs that drive insights for the Stripe product and lifecycle experiences.

In Short

• Conduct quantitative research studies using methods such as survey research and behavioral/log data analysis.
• Help build research systems, platforms, and reporting to scale measurement programs.
• Lead longitudinal sentiment programs and disseminate research insights.
• Build partnerships with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing leaders.
• Prioritize research needs across multiple work streams.
• 5+ years of relevant research experience required.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python.
• Ability to distill research findings into clear presentations and visualizations.
• Experience with large-scale data analysis.
• Mixed-methods research experience preferred.
