Overview

As a Senior Data QA Lead at YipitData, you will oversee data cleaning and quality assurance processes, managing and mentoring a team of Data QA Associates to ensure accurate and actionable business expense insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in data quality assurance or analytics.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or Python for data analysis.
• Strong team management and performance evaluation skills.
• Ability to set priorities and delegate effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-scaling environment.
