Overview

YipitData is seeking a junior Product Support Engineer to ensure the reliability of the Signals web app for enterprise customers, resolve user issues quickly, and provide insights for product improvements.

In Short

  • Monitor and resolve inbound tickets and on-app feedback.
  • Reproduce and debug issues using browser dev tools and basic SQL.
  • Verify account settings and resolve access misconfigurations.
  • Run data quality checks after updates.
  • Monitor app performance and escalate incidents as needed.
  • Write and maintain user-facing help articles and internal documentation.
  • Synthesize ticket patterns into actionable insights for the product team.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing for new features.
  • Ensure compliance with terms of service and privacy policies.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years in product support, QA, or technical support.
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and customer empathy.
  • Knowledge of web apps, HTTP/REST, and JSON.
  • Basic SQL skills for data verification.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and analytics tools.
  • Clear writing skills for documentation.
  • Ability to take ownership and close the loop on issues.
