Overview

This role offers the opportunity to serve as a key technical resource for high-profile clients, providing expert post-sale support and troubleshooting across complex HVAC systems.

In Short

  • Serve as the technical post-sale subject matter expert for multiple HVAC products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to installation, usage, and system performance.
  • Assess warranty and non-warranty issues, coordinating with local labor providers to implement solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and create evaluation criteria to ensure training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with customer service, sales, engineering, and product teams to identify support needs and implement solutions.
  • Gather and analyze information from customers and internal teams to improve support programs and tools.
  • Travel up to 25% domestically to support strategic accounts as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in HVAC systems is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
