Overview

As a Product Support Engineer at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Technical Delivery team, responsible for solving technical issues and providing stellar customer service on our security and identity products.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and experience with international organizations.
  • Experience in Active Directory Management.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, and Google.
  • Ability to analyze network traffic using tools like Wireshark.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service and technical support.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong time management skills to meet customer expectations.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer issues.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
