Senior Account Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Account Manager at Xtremepush, you will play a pivotal role in fostering long-term, trusted partnerships with valuable customers, driving revenue retention and growth through relationship building, cross-selling, and upselling.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to discuss performance.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
• Manage client interactions using HubSpot.
• Prepare detailed account status reports.
• Act as a client advocate and ensure their needs are communicated.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction.
• Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in account management or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record managing enterprise accounts and exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience closing large deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and collaboration tools.
• Experience in the Sports Betting & Gaming / iGaming industry preferred.
