Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client account management in digital marketing.
  • Agency experience required.
  • Experience managing $40k+ monthly multi-channel Ecommerce client accounts.
  • CRM experience (Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Experience with social platforms (META, LinkedIn).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Able to influence clients and build trust.
  • Results-oriented and analytical.
