Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Wichita, KS to make a real impact every day by developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners while working closely with various departments to onboard new business.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium sized business owners
  • Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business
  • Manage your pipeline and day to day tasks/appointments using Salesforce
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications
  • Closing sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements
  • Lifetime Residuals and W2 Status
  • Activation bonuses paid weekly and monthly residuals
  • Access to mental health support and flexible remote work arrangements
  • Commission-only residual model with portfolio ownership
  • Annual Sales Conference and Presidents Club Incentive Trip

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  • Alignment with company core values
