This opening is for the Durham, NC office and is a hybrid role, 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers using TiVo's Personalized Content Discovery (PCD).
• Lead customers through a smooth onboarding experience.
• Engage with customers to collect their specific content discovery requirements.
• Analyze customer video content metadata and collaborate with internal teams.
• Monitor the performance of live use cases and conduct A/B tests.
• Handle customer tickets and escalations efficiently.
• Utilize tools like Postman for API inquiries.
• Experience with database querying languages like SQL.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing principles.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
