Overview

As a Director of Product Management at Xperi, you will play a key role in shaping the future of entertainment technology by leading product strategy and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive impactful user-driven solutions.

In Short

Lead product strategy and roadmap planning for TiVo OS.
Define and monitor KPIs for product performance and customer impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, and Business Development.
Drive product development from concept through launch.
Champion user experience to increase engagement and satisfaction.
Influence stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization.
Shape competitive solutions for the smart TV and streaming ecosystem.
Work with globally distributed teams across time zones.
Ensure alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
Contribute to the overall product direction and global strategy.

Requirements

7+ years of product management experience.
Strong background in TV, media, streaming, or consumer device industries.
Proven ability to lead without authority.
Experience working with engineering, UX, legal, and business teams.
Strong communication skills tailored for various audiences.
Comfortable with global team dynamics.
Experience with AVOD/SVOD/FAST platforms is a plus.
