Overview

Axuall is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Product Management to lead the development and growth of our flagship product, Confirm—a critical solution powering credentialing automation and provider data delivery for some of the largest enterprise healthcare organizations in the U.S.

In Short

• Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategic direction for the Confirm product line.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers.
• Build relationships with clients and credentialing stakeholders.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value and customer impact.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Oversee both the provider-facing application and backend systems.
• Ensure system-level reliability, compliance, and data quality.
• Investigate bugs and analyze user feedback.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of product management experience.
• 2–3 years in a product leadership role.
• Experience leading a product through significant market growth.
• Experience with technical backend systems and front-end UX.
• Experience with data-intensive or workflow-heavy products.
• Thrive in customer-facing settings.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
