Overview

Xperi is looking for a talented product counseling and transactional lawyer to support our rapidly evolving businesses. This position may be based in Galway, Ireland or London, England (hybrid or remote, depending on location).

In Short

• Support business leaders with outbound and inbound licensing for Xperi’s product portfolios.
• Draft and negotiate domestic and international licensing and other commercial agreements.
• Counsel on intellectual property, technology, privacy, and regulatory matters.
• Handle legal issues in a business-centric way.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and engineering.
• Qualified lawyer with 8+ years PQE experience.
• Prior in-house experience at a technology or media company preferred.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Ability to balance risk and reward in partnership with team members.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
