• Lead negotiation of contracts with strategic suppliers and service providers.
• Draft a wide range of sourcing contracts tailored to client needs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Review contracts for accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor compliance and enforce contract terms.
• Stay updated on changes in contract law and industry regulations.
• Organize contracts in the company’s contract lifecycle management system.
• Track key contract deadlines and milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering and technology teams.
• Provide legal advice on complex contract provisions.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in relevant legal work.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of management.
• Experience managing outside counsel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
