Requirements

• 10+ years of expertise in commercial agreements, particularly in tech and SaaS.
• A track record of success in both law firms and in-house legal roles.
• Proven leadership skills in building legal teams.
• In-depth understanding of IP, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
• A JD from a top-tier law school and active bar membership.
