In Short

• Lead the design, development, and execution of innovative benefits programs.
• Oversee benefits strategy, governance, and program delivery across the organization.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct benefits equity and competitive market analysis.
• Monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage and mentor a team of benefits professionals.
• Develop compelling presentations and reports for leadership.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with global benefits regulations.
• Foster a high-performance culture through innovative benefits practices.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in benefits, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage global benefits programs.
• Strong business acumen related to organizational performance.
• Expertise in HRIS platforms like Workday.
• Advanced Excel and data modeling skills.
• Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certifications like CEBS are a plus.
