Global Benefits Manager - Remote

Overview

The Global Benefits Manager will be responsible for planning, evaluating, launching, and administering benefit plans globally, primarily focusing on US and Canada benefits, ensuring compliance with legislation and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Administer US benefits programs and manage annual enrollment processes.
• Oversee Canada benefits program with support from HR operations.

• Identify and implement process improvements for benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Educate employees about benefits programs and create materials.
• Analyze program data for effectiveness and present findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in benefits management.
• Comprehensive understanding of NA benefits and global administration.
• Strong knowledge of compliance laws (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA).
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
