In Short

• Lead CoreWeave’s overall tax department.
• Responsible for tax planning, compliance, and audits.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on tax advice.
• Ensure compliance with international, federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Manage transfer pricing regulations globally.
• Lead and develop a global team of tax professionals.
• Stay updated on tax regulations and trends.
• Implement policies to mitigate tax risks.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team.
• Work closely with legal, accounting, finance, and business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with contract review and taxation.
• Expert knowledge of tax provisions and disclosures.
• Experience in Cloud or Data Center Infrastructure preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in a global tax function.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Experience at a large public accounting firm is a plus.
