• Strong expertise in tech industry benefits trends and wellness programs.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Track record of managing complex global environments.
• Understanding of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in negotiating vendor contracts.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational excellence.
