Senior Design Strategist - Remote

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, Sociology/Psychology, or related fields.
• Top Secret or Secret Clearance preferred.
• Proficient in facilitating design thinking workshops.
• Experience in various design areas like service design and graphic design.
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data.
• Strong project management skills.
• Expertise in transforming data into visual stories.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in collaborating with executive leaders.
• Ability to work iteratively and seek feedback.
