Overview

The Head of Global Compensation and Benefits is responsible for designing and implementing competitive, equitable, and sustainable compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent worldwide.

In Short

  • Support the Management Board and EVP of HR in developing the Compensation & Benefits strategy.
  • Implement and govern the global Compensation & Benefits strategy.
  • Design and implement broad-based compensation programs for all global locations.
  • Oversee the global benefits program to meet strategic objectives.
  • Provide advice and guidance for compensation & benefits queries.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR on global compensation & benefits policies.
  • Maintain oversight of the global salary review process.
  • Manage the Global Compensation and Benefit team.

Requirements

  • College/University degree with HR or Finance specialization.
  • Experience managing global projects.
  • Extensive experience in compensation and benefits programs.
  • People leadership experience with diverse teams.
  • Experienced user of MS Office tools.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
  • Leadership and communication skills to influence across organizational levels.
