In Short

  • This is an entry-level sales role with a preference for Colorado residents.
  • The Cloud Generation Specialist (CGS) helps partners sell Cloud Services to prospects.
  • Your primary success metrics will be securing 15 signed partners to the Pax8 platform.
  • Involves a high volume of calls daily to introduce Pax8 Cloud Services.
  • Utilizes email and social media for mass communication to identify potential new Channel Partners.
  • Sets appointments to recruit new Channel Partners aiming for 15 signed partners per month.
  • Maintains Salesforce data integrity.
  • Offers uncapped earning potential and a clear career path.
  • Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Embraces hybrid and remote work whenever possible.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
  • Experience in lead generation or sales associate roles.
  • Ability to make numerous (40+) phone calls daily.
  • Strong independent and teamwork capabilities.
  • Clear communication skills via email and telephone.
  • Coachable and willing to learn.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • High customer empathy and ability to handle objections.
  • Professional demeanor and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
