  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead prospecting tools.
  • Background in the IT industry or tech-focused companies.
  • Experience using LinkedIn and social media for lead generation.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational and detail-management skills.
  • Studies related to marketing, sales, or public relations are nice to have.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and email marketing tools is a plus.
