In Short

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound leads.
  • Engage with potential customers via live chat and email.
  • Qualify leads for the sales process.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Book meetings with Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Ensure timely and helpful responses to leads.
  • Help create SOPs and processes for the role.
  • Adapt and shape the role as needed.
  • Opportunity to transition into an Inside Sales Representative role.
  • Work in a hybrid environment.

  • Strong communication skills.
