• Support Go-to-Market and Sales team as a Commercial Legal Director.
• Own and lead negotiation of contracts with cloud customers and providers.
• Draft a wide range of revenue contracts, including cloud access agreements.
• Customize contracts to fit unique technical needs of clients.
• Negotiate favorable contract terms, including pricing and deliverables.
• Review contracts to ensure compliance with business objectives and laws.
• Advise on handling specific provisions or scenarios in contracts.
• Monitor compliance and ensure adherence to contract terms.
• Stay updated on changes in contract law and industry regulations.
• Manage multiple projects and collaborate with senior leadership.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in relevant legal roles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with management.
• Experience managing outside counsel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission.
• Experience in lawyering for technology companies.
• Undergraduate or additional degrees in technology-related fields.
• Experience working remotely.
