You'll own advanced technical integrations, champion customer success, and help drive innovation across solutions. In Short

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact post-sales, supporting enterprise customers throughout their journey.
  • Manage complex customer issues by partnering with Technical Account Managers and Support Engineers to ensure seamless onboarding and product adoption.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, working alongside data science and engineering to optimize machine learning model performance.
  • Design and map data integrations via whiteboarding sessions and documentation, tailoring solutions to each customer's unique environment.
  • Write custom scripts and queries (e.g., SQL, Bash, Python, Ruby) to calculate metrics, prove ROI, and streamline workflows.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to internal tool development and automation to improve service delivery.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, providing feedback that informs product direction and engineering priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as SQL, Bash, Python, or Ruby.
  • Experience with data integrations and machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
