Remote Executive Director

Overview

This position is critical in leading corporate development initiatives that have a transformative impact on growth strategies in the biopharmaceutical sector. The Executive Director will drive valuation, structure transactions, and forge strategic partnerships that align with long-term objectives.

Requirements

• 10-15 years experience in corporate/business development in the biotech/pharma industry.
• Proven track record in leading and closing late-stage and commercial stage transactions.
• Extensive knowledge of financial analysis and valuation methodologies.
• MBA or other advanced degree; scientific degree is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, highly driven and hands-on.
• Excellent communication skills for engagement with C-level executives.
