Remote Operations Manager

Overview

This position involves supervising and coordinating resources and activities of an implementation team to ensure seamless project execution, enhancing client relationships, and improving operational success.

• Coordinate project implementation plans with sales staff, account teams, and customers.
• Monitor progress on multiple implementation projects and ensure effective transitions.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in project management, accounting, or related fields.
• 5 years of supervisory experience as a project manager in lieu of a degree.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency in data management systems and reporting tools.
• Experience training and coaching teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration.
