Remote Operations Manager

Overview

The Remote Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and teams remain aligned with company goals.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing remote teams or working in a remote-first environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, Notion, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
