• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Jira, and BI tools.
• Experience in designing operational processes.
• Familiarity with change management practices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Quarterly travel to vendor sites expected.
