Remote Operations Manager

Overview

This role, within the Remote Operations team, will play a key role in our mission to enable our teams with the flexibility and autonomy to work where, when, and how they need to contribute their absolute best.

In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact for EMEA based employees for remote-related questions
• Manage the inventory and delivery of remote operation propositions
• Support laptops deliveries and hardware management
• Plan and maintain social routines and internal events
• Create documentation and playbooks for processes and procedures
• Develop remote-first operating guidelines and policies

Requirements

• Well organized and flexible
• Fluent English
• Experience with Google Suite and Slack
• Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
• Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
• Proactive approach and can-do attitude
• Experience in a global environment
