Partner Success Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Partner Success Manager at Noxtua, you will take ownership of our strategic publishing partnerships across 5–6 European markets, managing the partner journey end-to-end and ensuring smooth collaboration.

In Short

• Manage and grow publishing partnerships across 5–6 European markets
• Serve as the first point of contact for all partner questions
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams
• Gather, structure, and communicate partner requirements
• Manage operational onboarding for new publishing partners
• Monitor market developments and identify partner-relevant trends
• Provide strategic insights to Product teams
• Ensure consistent trust-building and long-term satisfaction
• No sales responsibilities

Requirements

• Fluent English (C2); French is an advantage
• Residency/working permit in Austria, Croatia, Germany, Poland, or Slovakia
• University degree required
• Proven project management skills
• Background in consulting or similar analytical environments is ideal
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Able to work independently and drive initiatives forward
• Interest in tech, legal topics, or legal AI
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset
