In Short

• You manage our marketing strategy across channels – from content and SEO to social media, paid advertising, and partnerships
• You bring structure to marketing: campaign planning, project management, budget responsibility, success measurement
• You work closely with our CMO, Sales, and Product teams to keep messaging and positioning sharp
• You turn social media into a performance channel
• You identify what works and what doesn't – and optimize continuously based on data

Requirements

• You ideally learned how marketing really works in an agency and know how to deliver independently
• You have taken on responsibility in smaller companies or startups and made things happen without waiting for a large team
• You take responsibility: you can think strategically and also execute hands-on
• Very good German and good English skills – you know how to formulate messages that stick
• Data-driven mindset: you work with numbers, draw conclusions from them, and act accordingly
