Customer Success Specialist - Remote

In Short

• You are the contact person throughout the entire customer cycle, from onboarding to ongoing issues to contract termination.
• Independent processing and documentation of tickets.
• You internally coordinate the necessary steps and ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• You recognize patterns in daily support and help us develop scalable solutions from them.

Requirements

• High service orientation and joy in truly solving problems.
• Confident demeanor and clear communication.
• IT and online affinity, ideally experience with ticket systems.
• Structured, self-responsible working style.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Ideally experience in technical customer service or even startup experience.
