Overview

As a Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative, you will assist clients with their health care and pension plans, providing high-level service in a remote work environment.

In Short

  • Starting pay of $17.00/hr, increasing to $18.50/hr after training.

  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.

Requirements

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
  • Comfortable working in a virtual setting.
  • Understanding of health and welfare plans is a plus.
