Licensed Benefit Advisor - Work From Home - Remote

Overview

As a Benefit Advisor, you will have the rewarding opportunity to speak with Medicare-eligible participants nationwide. This role is a consultative sales role that will require you to assist them in offering, selecting and enrolling participants into various insurance plans that meet their needs.

• Consultative sales role assisting Medicare-eligible participants.

• Start at $21.00/hr with bonus potential during AEP.

• Training includes a two-week virtual class followed by nesting.
• Mandatory overtime may be required during the Enrollment Season.
• Work from home with specific equipment and workspace requirements.

Requirements

• Active Resident State Life and Health Insurance license.
• Experience in a needs-based sales role preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate professionally and courteously.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work autonomously in a self-paced environment.
• Must complete an extensive background check.
• Ability to read and interpret insurance documents.
• Life/Health Insurance certification a plus.
• Must have a dedicated workspace and meet internet requirements.
