Overview

As a Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative, you will help clients navigate their health care and pension plans, providing exceptional customer service in a remote work environment.

In Short

  • Assist clients with enrollment and updates to health care and pension plans.
  • Provide customer service primarily via phone, chat, and messaging.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to assess member concerns and resolve issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and multitasking.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment.
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • High school diploma required; higher education is a plus.
  • Knowledge of health and welfare plans is a plus.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
