Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead, People Operations to lead a pod of People Operations Specialists across multiple locations while also serving as the Regional People Operations Specialist for an assigned territory. This dual role combines people management with hands-on regional expertise; it is a player coach role.

  • Engage in cross-functional workforce initiatives.
  • Participate in global People Operations projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR operations experience in a multinational organization.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and payroll practices across multiple countries.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR service delivery tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge of global mobility considerations.
  • Certification in HR (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent).
