Requirements

• 4-6 years of HR or People Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Technical experience with Dayforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive problem-solver with a data-driven approach.
• Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
