Overview

As a People Operations Lead at Yuno, you will be pivotal in shaping the employee lifecycle and ensuring a seamless employee experience across multiple regions.

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Standardize HR processes across LATAM, Asia, Europe, and the US.
• Implement and improve onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with local laws in different regions.
• Manage benefits administration and PTO tracking.
• Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
• Drive process optimization and digital transformation in HR tasks.
• Generate and analyze HR reports for workforce analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a positive employee experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles.
• In-depth knowledge of HR compliance across multiple countries.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and employee benefits management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages like Portuguese are a plus.
