Overview

As Team Lead People Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant people processes across several countries, overseeing and scaling our operational HR setup while maintaining a strong focus on compliance and employee experience.

In Short

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Operations specialists.
  • Ensure seamless and compliant people operations covering the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Steer and oversee payroll providers for smooth operations.
  • Drive compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with People Business Partners and Recruiting.
  • Lead initiatives to scale People Operations processes.
  • Focus on optimizing and maintaining high service levels.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Experience in an international company.
  • Strong background in German employment regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing employment operations in Germany and at least one other country.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills across functions.
  • Passion for optimizing People Operations processes.
  • Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
