Overview

The Director, Value-Based Contracting and Finance will lead efforts to develop and analyze financial models for health care organizations, focusing on improving value-based payment arrangements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Finance or Health Care Administration.
• 5-7 years of experience in health care financial management.
• Actuarial coursework or Society of Actuary exams preferred.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong writing and presentation skills required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
