Overview

As our Team Lead People Operations within the People Operations Team, you will own the experience of people at Taxfix. You will manage a team that deeply understands the work and challenges of the company, driving automation, AI-first thinking, and data-driven decision-making to create efficient and scalable people processes.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in People Operations/HR.
• Strong expertise in operational excellence and HR process automation.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-performance environments.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• A data-driven mindset for strategic decisions.
• Passionate about service excellence and employee experience.
• Experience in fast-growing companies.
• Strong understanding of employment law and compliance.
• Background in Workplace/Office Operations is a plus.
• Strategic thinking for optimizing team structures.
