Overview

This position is for an Account Executive with responsibilities related to client management and retention at World Insurance Associates, a rapidly growing insurance organization.

In Short

  • Manage a high volume book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business.
  • Build positive relationships to grow client loyalty.
  • Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
  • Maintain understanding of markets and underwriting guidelines.
  • Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  • Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Five years of Commercial Account Management or Underwriting experience required.
  • Property & Casualty License required.
  • CIC designation or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software preferred.
  • Able to work independently and interact with team members.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work independently.
