Overview

The Product Implementation and Training Specialist is responsible for delivering product implementation and support training through in-person and virtual sessions, acting as a subject matter expert, and ensuring effective training delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing and configuring packaged software systems.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical and functional field training.
  • Understanding of workforce management solutions.
  • Knowledge of local terminology related to time and absence processes.
  • 1+ years of experience using SQL and writing complex queries.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver training in off-hours.
