Onboarding and Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Onboarding and Implementation Specialist at FacilityONE is responsible for ensuring proper asset documentation, outstanding customer satisfaction, and on-time project completion by visiting and onboarding clients across the United States.

In Short

• Perform on-site and virtual customer field documentation of equipment and assets
• Track, document and manage the progression of work
• Perform on-site customer training
• Complete software validation and data entry of documented assets
• Consult with clients regarding solutions and implement selected solutions
• Operate a vehicle in a safe manner
• Use Customer Resource Management (CRM) software
• Work closely with other team members
• Build relationships and trust with customers
• Assist with other project areas as needed

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in field service or similar customer-facing role
• Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in mechanical & outdoor environments
• Team player able to collaborate with all departments
• Excellent time-management skills
• 75% travel
• Ability to work remotely and be self-managed
• Ability to work an on-call rotation for customer support
• Ability to climb, lift and move through various spaces
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience using mobile tools and applications
• Technical degree or certification (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment (preferred but not required)
