The FedRAMP Program Manager at VLogic will lead compliance efforts to meet high security standards as the company expands its presence in the government sector.

In Short

• Lead and manage the FedRAMP authorization process.
• Maintain the FedRAMP System Security Plan and documentation.
• Manage continuous monitoring activities, including vulnerability scans.
• Serve as an expert on FedRAMP controls and compliance frameworks.
• Track compliance milestones and report to leadership.
• Monitor changes in FedRAMP policy and adjust strategies.
• Educate internal teams on FedRAMP responsibilities.
• 5+ years of experience in information security or compliance roles.
• 3+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• Strong knowledge of FedRAMP documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HIPAA and NIST risk management frameworks.
• Experience in assessing changes to FedRAMP environments.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Confluence, Office 365.
• High growth SaaS experience is a plus.
• CISSP, CISA, or similar certifications are a plus.
