Overview

The Program Manager at StudyPoint will focus on providing exceptional customer service, managing relationships between students, families, and tutors, and achieving revenue goals in a fully remote environment.

In Short

• Provide high-quality customer service to students and families.
• Manage and coach 70-90 tutors.
• Grow the business by selling programs to new and existing customers.
• Serve as a liaison between tutors and families.
• Conduct administrative tasks for family accounts.
• Track and communicate student progress to families.
• Aim to achieve data-driven revenue goals.
• Receive coaching and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of communication.
• Attention to detail and process improvement skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
